Vacation base for exploring Florence. Fairly clean hotel, really kind staff, cheap rooms. Great location, easy to get around with a train station close to the venue. Walking distance to a market and little stores across the street.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions, restaurants, and the train station. All rooms come with their own bathroom. 🌟

The staff is helpful. Location is good.
It is a very tiny hotel, the third floor of an old building, 4 or 5 bedrooms and that is it. The lower floors are in fact a different hostel. It is really very simple, but when you see it in Booked.net you think it is an ordinary hotel. So, it is disapointing...Very small bathroom, poor shower.

Location and kindness of the employees.
Breakfast was actually a basket of industrialized products left in the room on the day before.

The room and private bathroom were large by European standards. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a fridge and a microwave for communal use. Even though the hotel does not have 24 hour reception we had no problems checking in late. The location is great- a short walk from the train station and close to lots if sights.
The rooms do not have air conditioning which meant we had a couple of sleepless nights. The rooms do have a fan which helped a bit but Florence gets really hot in summer. The breakfast provided is basic - juice, tea and cakes - but we found a cheap local bakery where we got good savory food to supplement the sweet stuff.

The convenient arrangement of hotel - is very close to the center of old city and sights. The friendly personnel. Cosy and silently in rooms. Pure cleaning, fresh linen. In a room - an electric teapot, in a hall - a refrigerator and a microwave oven. In the next house - the good grocery supermarket, and in city is so much cafe and restaurants, that nobody remains hungry. An excellent variant for acquaintance to Florence and its vicinities
It would be desirable, that in hotel were maps of the city for tourists

Great value for money! The room was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were extremely helpful and hospitable.
The breakfast menu could be improved with more non-decaf instant coffee.

Location, cleanliness, helpfulness of owner.
No air-conditioning and very hot. Room was tiny and not room showed on website. Only stay in room1 and 2, not unnumbered room.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - clean, cozy rooms with all the essentials and a convenient kitchenette. The location was unbeatable, with all city attractions within close proximity. The staff were incredibly supportive and hospitable, allowing me to arrive outside of check-in time and storing my luggage after check-out. The level of communication and their ability to speak multiple languages was impressive.
Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.
